Please keep the file listed below:
1.Purchase offline–please show the warranty card and sales slip; the warranty card needs to be filled out carefully.
2.Purchase online –please show original proof of online order and the receipt of shipment.
Terms and Conditions
- The 18-months free warranty is valid under the circumstances of normal use of our products. Damage resulting from the following conditions is beyond the scope of free warranty. Under the following circumstances, the customers will be charged for repair service.
- Natural wear and tear;
- Out of warranty period;
- Artificial damage, including but not limiting to deliberate misuse, accident and negligence;
- The products has undergone repairs, adjustment or corrections made by unauthorized mechanics;
- Damage resulting from Force Majeure;
- Miss, alter or forge either of original proof of purchase, sales slip, warranty card or receipt of shipment;
- Faults/ defects caused by rough handling or transportation;
- Defective parts which have been replaced will be kept by our company under warranty.
- For products eligible for free warranty, fees incurred in transportation and shipment to VEDFUN Authorized Service Center shall be burdened by customers.
How to Get After-Sales Service
There are two ways
1.Go to VEDFUN Authorized Service Center to get products repaired;
2.Submit ticket online. We will offer quick solutions convenient to our customers. We may transfer directly to relevant departments, urging them to solve the problems, and give feedback to our customers as soon as possible.
